I’ve been working for a real estate company for more than 7 months. Staff are high turnover & unsatisfied with comm. & employer’s behaviour. I was told that i’m underpaid. Can someone advise what are the current market rate for an agent rep selling new homes only. I do not take any basic, no allowance nor super. I’m only getting 30% of the total commision for selling new homes & depends if i stay with the co. until settlement done on all properties that i sold. Pls plss ..really need help. Pls tell me if this is what other agent rep getting in Melbourne?

Seems it is to their benefit if you do leave.
Stay ’til you get experienced. If you leave you have too much at stake.
Get your name out there and be known for selling, not job hopping.
Be positive and energetic and you will draw people like a magnet. Attitude is contagious, either way.
If you are doing something you don’t like, it will show.
Continue what you are doing and add some energy, you may not do better but you will have at least shown others a great attitude.
Don’t you know the famous words of JFK? ( one Great Amercan pres. and I’m not American…)
Ask not what your country can do for you, but, what you can do for your country….now replace country with job.
